Welcome to Finzio, a mobile application designed to help users manage their finances. Our mission is to provide a seamless and secure experience for our users to manage their finances and achieve their financial goals. By using our app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:
By using Finzio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using Finzio.
Additionally, please note that Finzio is currently only available on mobile devices that run on Android or iOS operating systems. You will need to have a compatible mobile device and a stable internet connection to access and use the app. We recommend that you keep your device and the Finzio app up-to-date to ensure that you have the best experience possible while using our services.
If we discover that you are not eligible to use the Finzio app, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the app or its services at any time, without notice.
As a user of Finzio, you understand that you are solely responsible for any data that you enter into the app, including the accuracy and completeness of such data. You acknowledge that Finzio is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app and that any reliance on such data is at your own risk.
In addition to being responsible for the accuracy of your data, you are also responsible for keeping your account information secure. This includes choosing a strong password, safeguarding your login information, and ensuring that you only share your information with trusted parties. You are responsible for any actions taken on your account, whether by yourself or by a third party to whom you have granted access to your account.
You agree not to use Finzio for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using the app to conduct fraudulent activities or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
You acknowledge that any data that you enter into Finzio may be stored on third-party servers, and that Finzio cannot guarantee the security of such data. You agree to hold Finzio harmless in the event of any unauthorized access to your data, including but not limited to unauthorized access by hackers or other third parties.
By using Finzio, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the app, including any data that you enter into the app, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the termination of your account and/or legal action taken against you.
We take the conduct of our users seriously and expect them to respect the integrity of our app and its associated services. To that end, we maintain a strict policy regarding prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to block any user or IP address that we deem suspicious. This includes any activity that violates our terms of service, interferes with the proper functioning of the app, or harms other users in any way. We also reserve the right to take legal action against entities that do not respect our rules.
Any attempt to misuse our service, including but not limited to intercepting the connection between the app and API, or direct use of the API result in immediate action taken. Additionally, any user who uses modified or alternative versions of the app or attempts to gain access in places where the app does not normally allow is strictly prohibited.
Our premium features are reserved for users who access them through the proper channels. Any attempt to gain access to these features by bypassing or misusing existing features is strictly prohibited.
We expect our users to uphold the highest standards of integrity and respect for others while using our app. Any violation of our prohibited activities policy will result in immediate action taken, including but not limited to suspension or termination of your account.
We strive to provide our users with the best possible service, but we reserve the right to terminate your access to our app or its services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all. We may take this action if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service, if we receive reports of suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account, or if we determine that you have engaged in any other conduct that is detrimental to our app, its users, or its reputation.
If your access to the app or its services is terminated, you will immediately cease all use of the app and its services. You understand and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the app or its services, and you waive any right to assert any claim against us arising from such termination.
In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees or other compensation. You will be responsible for any fees or charges incurred prior to the termination of your access to the app or its services.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms of Service, including without limitation any violation arising from any submission. We may seek to gather information from you or other persons who may have knowledge of such possible violations. We may take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including but not limited to warning or suspending or terminating your use of the app or its services, or reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties. We also reserve the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other third parties in investigating any suspected violations of these Terms of Service.
We encourage you to review these Terms of Service regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes that may have been made. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the app and its services.
We understand that disputes may arise from time to time, and we are committed to resolving them in a fair and efficient manner. If you have any concerns or disputes about the app or its services, we encourage you to first try to resolve them with us through informal communication. You can contact us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns and attempt to resolve any disputes.
If you are unable to resolve your dispute with us informally, we may consider participating in a third-party mediation or arbitration process to help facilitate a resolution. Any mediation or arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the selected mediator or arbitrator.
If mediation or arbitration is unsuccessful or not desired, then any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or the use of the app or its services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or where the dispute occurred.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or the use of the app or its services must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the jurisdiction in which you reside or where the dispute occurred. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection you may have to the laying of venue or the convenience of the forum.
Please note that the foregoing does not limit your ability to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any jurisdiction.
Payments are provided under the rules and configurations on specific platforms shown to you before making a purchase. You agree to pay all fees or charges in accordance with the payment terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
All purchases made through the app are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in these Terms of Service.
By subscribing to Finzio, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fee as displayed in the app. Free users can have up to three wallets, while subscribed users can create unlimited wallets. Free users can have up to two planned payments, while subscribed users can have unlimited planned payments. Users with an active subscription will have an ad-free experience and access to premium themes with full customization.
If a subscription expires or is cancelled, the first three wallets and first two planned payments will remain usable as usual. Other wallets and planned payments will be locked and the user will not be able to edit, delete, or use them until the subscription is renewed. If a free user has more than three wallets, they can change the order of the third wallet with the forth to be able to use it.
Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be clearly communicated in the app before the subscription renewal. Users are allowed to transfer an active subscription to a different account by logging in and clicking "restore purchase" on the settings tab. When a subscription is cancelled, expired, or transferred, it will have an effect immediately on the account.
Additionally, users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, there will be no refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. In case of cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Users are solely responsible for cancelling their subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.
All content included on the Finzio app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Finzio or its content suppliers and protected by the laws governing intellectual property.
You agree not to use any of Finzio's trademarks or logos without our prior written consent. You also agree not to modify or copy any portion of the app or its content, or reproduce, distribute, display, or perform any of it in any way without our express written permission.
You agree to use the app for personal use only and not for commercial purposes, such as reselling or distributing the app, or its features or content, without our prior written consent.
You agree to the terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy, which includes the collection and use of personal data, as well as the deletion process for that data.
Finzio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice to the user. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms of Service for any changes or updates.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms of Service and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the country in which Finzio operates, and any legal action taken in relation to these Terms of Service must be brought in the courts of that country.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finzio relating to the use of the app and its services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Finzio.
